Private Labeling Terms and Conditions

Packaging and Artwork

  • Must be provided to Maxim in ready digital format on a CD.
  • A maximum of 5 colors can be used in the printing of packages.
  • Printing can be in either Spot or Processed colors.
  • The cost of the printing plates and dies for each SKU must be paid in advance.
  • Maxim requires a minimum of 25,000 pieces of packaging per each SKU and a time commitment on how long it will take to order all the 25,000 pieces. We can accept orders below 25,000 pieces per each SKU up to a minimum of 15,000 pieces. But the cost of each piece will be unreasonably higher. Also There will be a substantial break in the cost of minimum quantities exceeding 25,000 pieces per SKU.
  • Cardboard or poly bag packaging cost per each item to be paid in advance and will be credited back to you as these items are ordered.

Product Orders

  • Minimum quantity orders need to be enough to fill a 20 foot container from EACH of our manufacturing partners’ locations:
    • Our Tampons, Sanitary Pads and Pantiliners are manufactured in one location, and the Organic Cotton Balls, Rounds, and Swabs at a second location. Any orders of any one of these two categories of products being manufactured at these locations must fill at least one 20’ container from each location.

Payment and Shipment

  • Payment for the packaging will be in advance at the time of order placement.
  • Payment for each order is by L/C at sight or wire transfer to our account.
  • Price quotes are available either based off of EXW, at our manufacturing plant or CIF, at the nearest port to your facilities.
  • With CIF pricing, Inland freight (from factory to port of origin), Ocean freight and In Transit Insurance will be paid by Maxim Hygiene Products.
  • All our quotations will be in Euros for Tampons, Sanitary Pads and Pantiliners and in US Dollars for Cotton Balls, Rounds, and Swabs.
  • Each quotation will be valid for 45 days from the quotation date.
  • If there is no quotation issued, all our Prices are subject to change without any advance notice.
